Thank you for choosing one of our digital products. By purchasing, accessing and downloading our software and digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
1. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, which is immediately accessible and downloadable upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-technical reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- The plugin (or private courses) was purchased by mistake.
- You do not have the appropriate software or server environment to use the plugin.
- You have decided the plugin (or private courses) is “not what you wanted,” despite its features being accurately described on the product page.
- You have found an alternative solution.
Once the plugin (or private courses) has been purchased and files delivered, the sale is considered final and irrevocable.
2. Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law
As an Australian business, we stand by the quality of our products and adhere to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our “NO REFUND” policy does not exclude your rights to a remedy under the consumer guarantees. For example: private course video file doesn’t play. Or, WordPress plugin has a major failure (e.g. if it is fundamentally broken, fails to install, or does not perform its core described functions) you may be entitled to a remedy.
Minor bugs or conflicts with third-party plugins do not constitute a major failure.
3. Your Responsibility Before Purchase
To ensure the Gemini AI Assistant plugin is the right fit for you and to avoid any disappointment, we ask that you do the following before you buy:
- Read the Product Description: Carefully review all the features and functionality described on the product page.
- Check System Requirements: Confirm that you are running a self-hosted WordPress website and that you have the necessary permissions to edit the
wp-config.php
file for the initial setup. - Ask Questions: If you are unsure about a feature or its suitability for your needs, please do contact us before making a purchase. We are happy to clarify any questions you may have.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the product description and have confirmed that the plugin is appropriate for your needs.
4. License and Usage
Gemini AI Assistant does have alicense agreement: Your purchase grants you a license to use the Gemini AI Assistant plugin on the number of websites specified by your chosen license tier (e.g., 1 website for a Standard License). This license remains valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 365days (one year) or lifetime) and entitles you to plugin updates for that period.
Gemini AI Pro Post Generator does not have a license agreement.
5. Support
We do not provide technical support for our valued customers (even for those with an active license). Your purchase does not include custom development, plugin installation, changing the default Gemini models, changing/customising AI (Artificial Intelligence) system instructions, or resolving conflicts with other third-party plugins or themes.

Installation & Customization assistance can be purchased as an add-on Service.
6. Gemini API Quota Limitations
Gemini AI Assistant plugin is setup to use gemini-2.5-flash-lite (Capabilities: Structured outputs, Caching, Function calling, URL Context, Search grounding and Thinking).
Gemini AI Pro Post Generator plugin is setup to use gemini-2.5-pro.
Obtain your Gemini API Key from Google AI Studio because this will ensure that you are on a Gemini API FREE-TIER by default. However, Google has Rate Limits. Currently gemini-2.5-flash-lite free-tier has these limitations:
- 15 Requests per minute (RPM)
- 250,000 Tokens per minute (input) (TPM)
- 1,000 Requests per day (RPD)
NOTE: Requests per day (RPD) quotas reset at midnight Pacific time. We believe this model is the most adequate for small business owners.
7. Checkout Process and ‘My Account’ Access
Upon completing your secure purchase, you will be granted instant access to everything you need according to your particular order. An email message will also be sent providing these details.
To be able to provide a better user-experience, we automatically create a Customer Account allowing access to “My Account” area. Through which you can anytime see your order details, download the plugin file again and or access your license key/s. However, to access “My Account” area, you will need to check your email inbox to setup your password to login).
